Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of AiReelEngine, operated by Quantum AI WebApps Digital LLC (“we”, “us”). Registered address: [OWNER TO CONFIRM: registered business address]. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to them.

1. What the service does

AiReelEngine generates short-form videos and advertising assets from inputs you provide — reviews, photos, footage, a product URL, a script — and can publish them to the social accounts you connect. Which products and limits you get depends on the plan or one-time purchase you hold.

The video and audio are generated by AI. Scripts, voiceovers, presenters, images and scenes are machine-produced. They are not recordings of real events, real people or real customers unless you supplied that material yourself.

2. Plans, trials and limits

• Free trial. Signing up gives you a small number of videos at no cost and with no card. That allowance is one-time for the life of the account — it does not refill each month.
• Paid plans. Your monthly video allowance resets on the first day of each calendar month. Unused videos do not roll over.
• What counts. One submitted render counts as one video, however many files it produces. Drafts, storyboards and concept previews are not counted, and a render that fails is not counted.
• Fair use. Allowances are per account. Sharing one account across separate businesses, or automating submissions to exceed your allowance, is not permitted.

3. Subscriptions, one-time purchases & cancellation

• Monthly and yearly plans renew automatically until you cancel. You can cancel at any time from your billing page; access continues to the end of the period you have already paid for.
• One-time (lifetime) purchases grant ongoing access to that product's video creation, with the stated monthly allowance continuing to apply. They are not a licence to unlimited output.
• Prices are shown at checkout and are charged in US dollars. Taxes may apply based on your location.
• We may change prices for future billing periods; a change never applies retroactively to a period you have already paid for.

4. Refunds — 60-day money-back guarantee

Every purchase — monthly, yearly, and one-time lifetime (LTD) — is covered by a 60-day money-back guarantee. If AiReelEngine isn't for you, email support@aireelengine.comwithin 60 days of your purchase date and we'll issue a full refund; you keep any videos you've already made. Monthly and yearly plans can also be cancelled at any time to stop future charges — cancelling on its own does not refund past charges outside the 60-day window, but a refund request inside that window is honored in full.

5. AI-generated content and disclosure

• Videos featuring a Persona Studio presenter carry a small on-screen “AI generated” label by default.
• Ad assets produced by One-Click Ads carry an ai_generated tag in the exported file's metadata.
• Scripts are generated under a standing rule that an AI presenter is never presented as a real customer, reviewer or testimonial-giver, and that customer quotes are never fabricated.
• Disclosure obligations are yours. Requirements for labelling AI-generated advertising differ by country and by platform, and they change. You are responsible for meeting the rules that apply to you where you publish. Our label and metadata tag help; they are not a compliance guarantee, and we do not give legal advice.
• AI output can be wrong. Review every video before it goes out — you are responsible for what you publish.

6. Presenters, likeness and voice cloning

Persona Studio builds a synthetic presenter: a generated face, a model trained on that generated face, and a voice. The following apply whenever you use it.

• No real people. You may not attempt to create a presenter that depicts, imitates or is described as a specific, identifiable real person. We screen for this and may refuse or remove a persona.
• Voice samples. If you clone a voice, you confirm you own that voice or have the documented permission of the person whose voice it is, and that using it as described here is lawful where you are. Samples are used to create your presenter's voice and for no other purpose.
• Your uploads. The same applies to any photo, footage or logo you upload: you confirm you have the right to use it, and to have us process and publish it on your behalf.
• We may suspend a persona, or an account, where we reasonably believe these rules have been broken.

7. Your content, and what we do with it

You keep ownership of everything you upload. You grant us a limited, non-exclusive licence to store, process, transmit to the service providers listed in our Privacy Policy, adapt and publish that material solely to operate the service for you. That licence ends when you delete the material or your account, except for copies we are required to keep by law.

8. Ownership of your videos

You own the videos and assets you create. Everything is exportable; there is no lock-in. You grant us the limited rights needed to generate, store, and post content on your behalf. Note that AI models can produce similar output for different customers from similar inputs — we cannot and do not promise that a generated video is unique, and copyright in purely machine-generated material may be limited in some jurisdictions.

9. Acceptable use

• Only submit content you have the right to use.
• No illegal, deceptive, infringing, hateful, or harmful content.
• No fabricated reviews, testimonials, endorsements, results or credentials — including presenting a synthetic presenter as a real customer.
• No content in regulated categories (health, financial, legal claims) that you cannot substantiate.
• Follow the rules of any platform you connect (TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, Pinterest, X, Google).
• Do not attempt to circumvent plan limits, probe our systems, or resell the service except under a plan that expressly permits it.

10. Third-party platforms

Connecting a social account authorises us to publish on your behalf. Those platforms set their own rules and can change, restrict, or remove access at any time — including removing your posts or your account there. We are not responsible for their decisions, their outages, or the results you get on them. You can disconnect any account at any time from your dashboard.

11. Availability and quality

The service depends on third-party AI providers and can be interrupted. Renders can fail, and when a provider is unavailable a render may fall back to an alternative or to stock footage — where that happens we tell you rather than passing it off. A failed render does not consume your allowance, and you can retry it. We do not offer an uptime or turnaround guarantee, and we do not guarantee any particular marketing result.

12. Suspension and termination

You can stop using the service and delete your account at any time from your dashboard. We may suspend or terminate an account for non-payment, for a breach of these Terms, or where required by law — with notice where it is reasonable to give it. On termination you can export your videos; see the Privacy Policy for what happens to your data.

13. Disclaimers & liability

The service is provided “as is.” To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid in the prior 12 months. We are not responsible for outcomes on third-party platforms, nor for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.

14. Changes & governing law

We may update these Terms; material changes will be posted here with a new date, and where the change is significant we will tell you by email. These Terms are governed by the laws of [OWNER TO CONFIRM: governing law & venue — state / country], and disputes will be handled there.
